Commercial layer
Premium storefront with checkout confidenceThe ecommerce layer feels premium to the buyer without making the catalog harder for the team to price, update, and support.
Inside the Build / Hacienda Sur
The storefront is only the visible layer. Behind it, Turbo Digital built the production route from digital scale exports into a custom Hacienda Sur dashboard, staged review, WooCommerce publishing, direct Credomatic checkout, and downstream accounting and Costa Rica e-invoicing.
This page shows the system the way an operator actually experiences it: commercial presentation in front, controlled execution in the middle, and dependable finance handoff after the sale.

What Turbo Digital delivered
The Hacienda Sur system had to support product presentation, stock intake, approval logic, direct payment, and accounting handoff without forcing the team back into fragile manual work.
Why it holds up
The storefront feels premium, but the payment and catalog structure still stay practical for the team running it every day.
The dashboard keeps staging, filters, preview review, and run checks visible before any stock change reaches the live store.
Approved updates continue through Credomatic, QuickBooks, Bsides, and Costa Rica e-invoicing with less manual reconciliation.
Delivery steps
Built a stronger ecommerce presentation for Hacienda Sur's premium beef catalog without separating the storefront from day-to-day operational reality.
Took digital scale exports into a custom dashboard that stages the batch, applies run settings, and prepares the import summary before anything goes live.
Connected WooCommerce, Credomatic, QuickBooks, Bsides, and Costa Rica e-invoicing so approved stock updates move through the commercial and finance stack with less manual reconciliation.
Added the desktop wrapper, logging, and installer-ready tooling that make the automation safer to run and easier to maintain.
The import route now handles aggregation, price calculation, rounding logic, and a controlled 1,500+ product upload with no errors and a complete confirmation report at the end.
Operational stills
These cards summarize the actual operator path behind the storefront: controlled intake, reviewable import logic, and an activity trail that makes every run easier to trust.
01 Intake and staging
Operators load the scale export, choose STAGING or PRODUCTION, set filters, and prepare the batch before WooCommerce sees a single update.
02 Review surface
The import summary shows what updates, what creates, and what should stay out of the live run before anything is published.
03 Activity and audit
Each run leaves behind a readable log trail, a paged ledger of actionable rows, and PDF export for post-run review or handoff.
